There is a way that you can use your Facebook to spread awareness and state your opinions but it doesn't work when you are saying what you say to get 'likes' or cause fights. Vicious statuses are not made to help you see what that person is saying; their goal is to bully you into believing that you are wrong. It's immoral and I wish it would stop.

WTF: What The Facebook?
It was so intriguing to me how the series of events that occurred on election night were displayed completely differently on the social media networks. Facebook is an alternate reality comprised of self-proclaimed philosophers, political analysts, religious scholars, and pornographers. I rarely ever sign into that realm because I find it overwhelmingly, well, overwhelming. When the NBC poll projected that President Obama would be receiving Ohio's electoral colleges there were floods of posts on Facebook. For example, the religious-nuts were saying "This is the armageddon" or "Today, the messiah has come" to which the political analysts were debating whether Obama could actually be president again since "he wasn't born in the US" while the pornographers were disputing which candidate was more attractive. Oh please!
